There are a few different options for hiring our Selfie Pod photo booth but all of the below come with as standard:
Set up and delivery
A friendly member of staff who will run the Selfie Pod and assist your guests when needed
Unlimited use of the Selfie Pod with duplicate prints (2x6 inch)
OR 1 jumbo size print (4x6 inch) per session.
"Oprah" prints (1 print per guest are available to buy at an additional cost)
Various instagram style filters can be applied to the photos as standard
Instant social media sharing. Facebook, Twitter, Email & SMS
Free use of our fun prop box (R300 refundable deposit)
Your personalised message with # and logo on the print-out and digital copy
All the high resolution photos taken with the Selfie Pod will be supplied to you after the event via either USB or a dropbox link
We are committed to providing quality products with friendly and well trained staff. We use DSLR cameras and top-end event photography printers (printing time is 15 seconds)
Why our customers book with us?
The Photo Booth hire start and end times will be for the entire duration you have booked for. We will aim to arrive approximately 1 hour before your time starts and pack down is very fast at around 10 minutes. If you'd like the Photo Booth set up and looking pretty but not running (we call this 'idle hours') we charge R350 per hour.
If on the day you'd like to hire the Photo Booth for longer, no problem! Additional hours are R1,000 per hour, this is billed separately.
Power: We only require 1 standard 240V plug to be within 20 metres reach of the unit. We will come with our own power adapters and extension leads.
Weather: If you're using the Selfie Pod or any other of our Photo Booth products outdoors please be aware the sunlight can be problematic when it comes to photographic quality. In the event of rain we will happily relocate to an inside location but no refund will be issued in the event that this is not possible.
Space: The ideal space required is approximately 2 metres by 2 metres. The Pod itself itself takes up the floor space of a human being. The inflatable Photo Booth enclosures vary in size with the biggest being 2.4M cubed.
Props: Free use of our selection of props is included in your hire price. We will require a R300 deposit which is returned upon no missing or damaged items.
Travel: Please note travel will be charged for separately.
Exterior Branding of the Selfie Pod: Dependent upon the art-work provided this can range anywhere from R1,000 - R2,200.
Connectivity: Picture upload speeds depends on the connection speed at their venue. For an additional R250 (per 3 hour event) we will come with our own 3G/4G Hotspot.
